    John Githaiga is a dedicated human rights advocate and a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) with extensive hands-on experience as a Mental Health Technician and Adult Foster Home Provider. He has worked closely with individuals facing diverse needs and psychological challenges, gaining a deep understanding of the importance of dignity, respect, and equity in every aspect of care.

    With a strong background in collaborative care models, particularly for vulnerable and underserved populations, John is committed to advancing person-centered care that empowers individuals and communities alike.

    Angie Muresan has been a provider and advocate since 1994, when she opened her first care home with her mother, in NE Portland. She currently resides and operates a care home in NW Portland.

    Maryanne Cassera, BSN, RN, ACM-RN, is a seasoned nurse leader and owner of a Level 3 adult care home specializing in complex care. With 14 years of experience, she has a deep understanding of the challenges facing both residents and providers. Beyond her care home, Maryanne is a passionate advocate for fair policies that support the well-being of residents. Her core philosophy is to create a warm, home-like environment, fostering strong relationships and a supportive community.
